“Our plan is working” Rachel has said as inflation falls to its lowest level in nearly three years.
New figures out today (April 17th) from the Office of National Statistics showed the rate of inflation stood at 3.2%, down from 3.4% in February and down from its peak of 11.1% in 2022.
Rachel has praised the progress made in developing a brand-new Community Hub in Redditch.
Currently under construction at the Town Hall, the Community Hub is bringing together a range of public services, ensuring residents can access vital help and support all under one roof.
Rachel is making progress in delivering on her 2024 priorities.
Building on the success of last year after delivering on all of her priorities in 2023, Rachel set out seven further priorities for 2024 that she intends to deliver on.

On Friday (April 5th), Rachel visited Pete Martin’s new facilities which are located behind The Old Needleworks on Britten Street.
Two inspirational Redditch brothers have been presented with the Prime Minister’s Points of Light Award in recognition of the thousands of pounds they have raised for charity.
