Residents are being invited to meet Rachel Maclean, the MP for Redditch County, at the first stop on her coffee morning tour next Friday (April 27th).
The Oasis Christian Centre will be hosting Rachel’s very first coffee morning between 9.30am and 11.30am where residents will be able to enjoy a cup of tea or coffee, a slice of cake and have a chat with Rachel.
Rachel will be on hand, along with local Councillors, to discuss any local or national concerns residents may have.
Age UK Bromsgrove, Redditch & Wyre Forest and the Pensions Advisory Service will also be at the coffee morning to provide information and to talk about the support available for older people here in Redditch.
Rachel’s coffee morning will also be raising vital funds for the Charlotte and Craig Saving Hearts Foundation – a fantastic Redditch charity which raises money to help install defibrillators at schools, sports club, community centres and village halls.
Rachel said: “I can’t wait to begin my coffee morning tour of Redditch and I hope as many residents as possible will be able to pop along to have a chat.
“Its vital MPs make themselves as visible as possible so constituents can raise any issues or concerns they may have.
“I look forward to seeing you all there!”
