Redditch school secures £27,000 in Government funding for new sports equipment

Tudor Grange Academy has successfully secured £27,180 in Government funding to buy new sports equipment.

The grant will provide greater access and opportunities for students to access extra-curricular sport and physical activity.

Rachel recently visited the school and spoke to the students about how the funding will be used to buy new tennis equipment.

Rachel has welcomed a 20% fall in the number of small boats arriving in the UK.

This is the first time since the small boat crossings phenomenon began that arrivals in the first half of the year have fallen compared to the year before.
