Rachel has met with the winners of her Card for The King competition to congratulate them on their designs.
Ahead of His Majesty The King’s Coronation, Rachel launched a competition to find designs to be printed on a card which would then be sent to Buckingham Palace on behalf of everyone in the constituency.
Hundreds of entries were received from 4 to 13-year-olds from across the constituency.
After whittling down the entries, Rachel chose the designs drawn by Maisie Donoghue, aged 10, and Teddy Bowen-Pugh, aged 5.
Rachel recently met with winning duo to congratulate them on their designs being chosen to feature on the card for The King.
Rachel said:
“It was lovely to meet the winners of my Card for The King competition, the very talented Maisie and Teddy.
“What an honour it was to send the card to His Majesty with their designs on.
“We have very talented young people here in Redditch and the Villages.”
