Community Resources
To provide financial help and support this winter to those in need, the Government has made £3.9 million available to Worcestershire County Council. The support fund can be used for energy and water bills and other essentials such as heating.

Essential Living Fund
Redditch Borough Council’s Essential Living Fund can provide emergency help if a resident is facing a financial crisis.
Our fund can help with essential food and top up vouchers for gas and electric.

Discretionary Housing Payments
If your Housing Benefit or Housing Element of Universal Credit does not cover your rent you can apply for a Discretionary Housing Payment to help pay your rent.

Every UK household will get £200 off their energy bill in October, which will then be repaid back over 5 years

All UK households in Council Tax bands A-D will receive a £150 non-repayable Council Tax rebate.
Warm Home Discount
£140 rebate for 2.2 million households
