Rachel Maclean, MP for Redditch County, will be in the Kingfisher Centre on Saturday (20 January) to meet with shoppers and constituents.
She will be in Worcester Square, by the Customer Services desk, from 10am to 11am, so that residents can talk to her about any important issues that they choose. This is the second in a series of similar events planned to take place throughout the year.
Rachel said: “Being available and accessible to constituents is important to all MPs, and the idea of the pop-up surgery is one we tried out last year to great effect. No appointment is necessary and I will happily talk about local issues as well as try to assist with individual requests for help.
“Last time I spoke to people about the Alex along with a range of other local issues. I also very much look forward to meeting anyone who just wants to meet me and say hello.”
Rachel asks that if any written answers are required from a Government Department on policy issues, a written request be brought along also, and if constituents have pressing personal problems to discuss, they should bring a brief written summary of the issue, including actions taken and those expected if known.
