Rachel has praised everyone involved in organising Platinum Jubilee events across the constituency.

Over the four day bank holiday weekend, Rachel joined communities across Redditch to celebrate Her Majesty The Queen’s 70 years on the throne.

Rachel celebrated the Platinum Jubilee by joining residents at events in Hanbury, Greenlands, Church Hill, Winyates, Arrow Valley Country Park, Astwood Bank and at the Forge Mill Needle Museum.

Rachel said:

“Redditch really did come together to mark The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee. At every event I went to across the constituency it was clear just how much the people of Redditch admired and appreciated Her Majesty’s 70 years of service and devotion to this country and the Commonwealth.

“I know huge amounts of effort went in to organising the many events and street parties across the constituency. I want to thank everyone involved in organising these special moments which will be remembered by all who attended them.

“Once again I would also like to say thank you, Ma’am. Long may you reign over us. God Save The Queen.”
